Do you offer design-only services without renovation?

-
How is your pricing structured for design and renovation services?
For design work—including 3D renderings, floor plans, and elevations—we require an upfront deposit, followed by an hourly fee billed weekly. Once the design is finalized, materials and contractor labor are charged at a flat rate based on the agreed scope. This approach keeps the process transparent and allows for flexibility as the project progresses.

Do you offer warranties or guarantees on your work?
Yes, we stand behind our work and will address any issues that arise, provided they are not due to human error or misuse. Material warranties depend on the manufacturers or distributors, and we will work closely with you to resolve any issues with them.
